When you send a booking request we collect the details you provide: name, phone, email, optional Instagram handle, dates, location and any message. We use them only to respond to your request and arrange a vehicle.

We do not sell your information. It is shared only where necessary to fulfil a booking, for example with an insurer or a delivery driver.

Requests are stored securely and retained while needed for our records. To have your information removed, contact us on Instagram at @vantamotion.la.
